Integral cross-training sounds good indeed! I’m pretty sure that between now and 2 yrs some guru will be selling this as a total brain makeover package for increased happiness and fulfillment!

It's truly incredible stuff! I have lots to say in the subject, as they are a whole new level of practice that have quite astonishing benefits! Haha...no doubt! Lots of people try to teach things that they barely understand themselves, which is why I prefer to explore and try things out for myself. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

But yes, waaay too many people think they know it all, and then teach. Or worse, they even know they don’t know zip of it, and still teach. It degrades the quality level of just about everything like that…

It sure is, but I'm a careful explorer, and it's served me very well!
Again, this is a big reason that I don't care diddly squat what sort of official title attached to their name from universities, as more often than not I less than impressed with the authentic reality of what I find. I have respect and trust only in those where I can see clearly that they know about which they're talking, and can demonstrate it. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Especially demonstrate it! (Both theoretically and practically that can be). I’ve worked with people with master degrees and worse in Engineering, hoping that they please never have to boil a pot of water, because it would end in a disaster for sure!!! (And not joking here unfortunately)

Bingo, exactly, and I comiserate! Hehe...I've also encountered this one-focus-useless-at-anything-else things quite a lot, unfortunately! It's the opposite of a renaissance soul/gifted individual/nexus personality type/polymath, which is exceedingly uninteresting and uninspiring to me, to say the least! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

The worst thing is that these one-focus-useless-at-anything-else types are often even bad at their one-focus topic as well :-D And uninspiring indeed, to say the least!
It's one of the things that turn me off most in other people, when they are uninspired, uninterested. Mostly only interested in exactly those games created by the makers of the bread and games.
