Well, while it's true that your base HP is still low, you do have the delegation from @ecency which will help a lot. Yes, at 10% you wouldn't receive a lot, but it grows quite quickly over time. You could experiment for a week at a time at different percentages, to see which is both sustainable in terms of your voting mana, and gives acceptable returns. I'm glad that you find it useful. Yes, exactly, you want to keep your voting mana under 100%, but not too low that it ímpares your ability to give reasonable votes. Also, since you don't have a lot of HP just yet, you don't want your RC to go too low, or else you won't be able to do anything until it regenerates.
