On 15 February 2024, while Ukraine was heavily bombing the Russian town of Belgorod (killing several civilians, including a baby), France censored around twenty French-language Telegram channels for “disinformation”.
At the request of governments, messenger blocks the display of "undesirable" channels in certain territories.
You can't see what is in the banned channels, although from other countries you can log in and read without problems
In Ukraine, channels with high-quality Russian analytics have been blocked for more than a year.
Only those channels with information that needs to be double-checked and with a small audience are now available.
There are some solutions to this problem, but I will not tell you how to bypass this blockage.
VPN is useless in solving this problem
If account is linked to the phone number of fr country, and the gov-nt instructed to do so, all accounts linked in that country will have access to certain information disabled, regardless of where you are at the moment.
From an account linked to a French number, you will not see any banned groups from any IP

Usually popular banned channels immediately make mirrors of their channels, but you have to look for the links on the net

i always use one with permanent kill switch on.
