I saw four days ago (on 2024.12.05) for the first time that some tokens have different versions. Even some of the stablecoins too. For example Dai, USDC, USDT. And the different versions are offering different interest rates.

That's a good point too. On hive there's a version of $PEPE too and it's not affiliated with the ethereum version. It's interesting how projects not affiliated with main chain versions have different use case and so forth.
