I don't really think so 😅 my phone is an old one (Tecno Spark 8C) and it has some problems running games that needs high graphics or fluid movements.
That is not that old. And it can run the game.
My Motorola Moto G22 is also from 2022.
Much older phones are also capable of running this game.
League of Legends: Wild Rift is not really a high graphics game, and it is really very well optimized to run on a wide range of mobile devices.
