I think I'm doing a good job with the engagement, but I need to be a little more consistent with my posts.

I suggest you need a Post Schedule.
Decide on a frequency and stick with it. Monday, Wednesday and Friday plus either Saturday or Sunday.
Perhaps post a certain bit of content on a certain day.
That's a good idea. Maybe I start to do a post schedule when I talk about an specific type of content on each day. Like Mondays for games, Wednesdays for crypto, Fridays for anime, and so on.
