Halloween is upon us and it prompted me to write about Greenrabbit today. Greenrabbit is a #play2earn / play2mint 2D and 3D game on the WAX blockchain and I've been involved with the project (as a player) since the initial pack drop a little over one year ago.
So, what is Greenrabbit (GR)?
The 2D game is pretty much focused around crafting greenprints and orbs and foraging missions for materials needed to craft anima armor for the 3D game.
The 3D game (alpha released) features a social hub, player owned apartments and it's also the place where players can sport their anima's on randomly generated race tracks. You can think of the 3D game as a Metaverse in development.

Halloween in Nanotopia!
The Halloween event will start on the 17th of October and run until the 7th of November, for both the 3D game and the 2D crafting platform. With many in-game events during this time it's the perfect time to get check out the project, meet the community and start playing game.
2D Foraging Missions
4 tiers of Spooktastic missions await you this Halloween season, all foragers (including seasonal Gary) will be able to participate in the event. Halloween foraging missions reward you with Solken (SOL), the game's event token, if you are successful.
Spend your SOL on ShellRoad's Halloween Offerings
During the event SOL can be spend on the game's marketplace called ShellRoad and available packs are limited.
Trick or Treat — 42 SOL
For the gamblers out there you can take your chances on a trick-or-treat pack. The lucky amongst you will get one of the following items:
- A Halloween forager
- A Halloween starter pack
- Skins for the 3D game
- Halloween apartment decorations pack for the 3D game
- Halloween backpiece pack for the 3D game
If you get trick instead of a treat though you will get a common Shell chest. Exact drop rates are to be announced soon via GR's community channels.
Forager Pack — 220 SOL
When you open the pack you will receive one of the Halloween foragers in either full color, or if you are lucky enough you might get one of the sketches of the foragers, there are only 3 of each of the sketch Halloween foragers.
Big Bag of Treats — 1200 SOL
This pack has four foragers one of each of the Halloween foragers.
Free Stuff
GreenRabbit LOOOVES Halloween and the team wants to share that spirit with the community, thus players who purchase their first Tortuga Tokens after the event starts will get a free Cthulhu Back Piece as a thank.

As you can see Greenrabbit has a lot to offer this holiday season and with the bear market in full swing the game's assets have never been as cheap as they are. Thus, as mentioned above, now is the perfect time to check out this project if you're looking for a web3 game which is not only fun to play but which has been delivering on their roadmap for over a year. In my personal opinion GR is one of the best projects on the WAX blockchain but again, please DYOR.

I don't play often anymore but I remember the last time with the live stream in the hub with the huge tower we build. That was fun!
