Despite all the talk, Vietnam is one of the most underappreciated countries in the world! It is an amazing place and the changes in it in the last ten years are amazing.
It is inexpensive, in comparison to many European countries, but, as time marches on, the prices get higher and higher. The time to visit is while it is not overcrowded!
Your pictures are purely a joy to look through. You have such a keen sense of what will work well photographically, which is not as easy to do as you make it seem. The resort is lovely and what a way to spend your time. I love the different modes of transportation and enjoy each and every one. How can you not love a place like this? How long ago was it that you went?
You truly hit the nail on the head when you said there is a wide variance of cultures all in the same city. Truth! That is surely its secret weapon! :)
I appreciate the love and support you are giving to #MarketFriday! All in all, it looks like it was a successful, and fun adventure! There was so much packed into that one trip. You certainly used your time and energy wisely. Did you get a chance to go into the villages when you were in Ho Chi Min? The cultural difference is jaw-dropping. Away from the city, many people still live much like they did 100 years ago. I loved this post and I want to thank you for the time you spend putting it all together! It is people like yourself that make this challenge successful! In case anyone is reading this and is curious about it, this will clear that up!

You are right a very underappreciated country but people are really starting to take more notice of this country now as it has developed so much in the past 10 years and it's even attracted a lot of foreign investors it's Vietnam's moment to shine now.
With what you also said having the wide variance of cultures all in the same city i found that with every province i visited and this did make a huge difference when you can have that choice.
