Most of you guys walk the walk, i did run the run instead ;)
Started my steps with 7km intervall running , & i aint doing that shabby😝 a pace of 6min/km ;)

Started out in the city, near the hospital. Turning leaft to get to the lake, as i know that one have a superb church and nice cozzy houses. So i dont just japp about my lacking energy, but can show you guys nice stuff along the way ToOooo ;)
Then off to EM thighs 150 squats( note this stuckers gets your obliques too, SO 2 in the price of 1 :P ) Trying to squuiiizzze in more then 1 muscel group per set is a better use of the body plus result will show faster. I sure
hope you guys also hade coffee before starting,
as coffeeine kick your methabolisum in to full gear :D ;) 😝
Now its time to work them muscels
Plank 4 sets of x30sec, ok this aint FUN on anyy level.. O.o
Full round of crunsh/situps.. i stopped counting after 200..
found a NEW> sideswipe plank to get that sideFLUFF of.. :D 😝 and as alwasy, more then 10sec to optimize the effect ;)
