I've seen female buds and I've seen leaves growing out of leaves, but that's the first male I've seen - more a hermie than a male flower. Cool!
So you had calyxes there before, and it sprouted a hermie? How far into bloom is it?

This started happening about week 7-8 of flower on Dawn's plant. It was the only pollen sack on the entire plant. It was really weird there weren't more.
