Your aloes will survive the damage to the tops. What is more problematic is replanting straight into wet soil. that could cause stem rot. Rather remove them from the soil and let the stems and roots dry out a little for about 2 weeks. This will not harm the aloe

I will do this today when I go back out. When I removed them from the mother, they had alot of grass tied up around them and spiders. I gave each part a good rinse with water and put them in mostly dry soil, they did get a light watering though, so yeah the soil got wet.
