- Intellectual property rights do not carry itself over in foreign countries. Is this more of a disadvantage to the owner of the intellectual property or more of a benefit to those in foreign countries? Can opportunity cost be applied here?
- How might an organization that protected intellectual property rights, among all foreign countries, look?
- If entrepreneurship is so highly encouraged, why is it so hard and time consuming to get a patent?
