- How far has the United States drifted from Federalism since the end of the federalist party? Is this drift good, bad, or both? How would the founding fathers view this shift?
- Should the federal government be able to impose bans on substances such as marijuana, or should this be left for individual states to decide?
- Would Federalism successfully decentralize the power of the US government? What are the positive and negative outcomes that could arise from this change?
