Instructions

– introduce the lemon juice in the mixture of ginger and horseradish and mix well.
– Add the nectar and the cinnamon and mix again.
– Pour it in a glass mug or any container of your choice then store in a cool place.
– Consume one tablespoon of this mixture, at least two times daily.
