Those were some thick ass potatoes. I think every day about eating more healthy but my problem is time. I know I need to make the time for it but grabbing food while im out is so much easier...

I cook big batches so I've always got something to take on the go. It's pretty easy :)
I might do a video on quick and easy on-the-go meals that are healthy but satisfying. The best thing about a diet high in starch is that it is really hard to overeat and you can pretty much eat until full without eating more calories than what your body needs. It's a good feeling to eat as much as I want without weight gain :)
