When sugar is taken by the body, it will be converted into fat and fat is what the body burns. Too much sugar will just end in the scenario that the body cant burn all the excess fat. Exercise regularly and you will be able to be delighted that slowly you will lose weight since you are eating a diet which is low in sugar content.
So how will you stay fit with a blueberry diet? It does not mean that you need to eat blueberries all throughout the day just to stay fit. Instead, make it a habit to include it in your diet or replace your high cholesterol snacks into a handful of blueberries. Consuming half a cup of wild blueberries or frozen blueberries will do as long as you also do other things which go hand in hand with the diet. Sleeping for at least 8 hours at night and being stress free are some of the essential things to consider in losing weight apart from the eating blueberries.
