Here's the thing about losing weight... if your goal is to lose a certain amount of weight and when you reach that goal, then what?

This hit me hard.. I'm actually having a hard time losing some weight right now. And now I realized I have the wrong goal... I'm starting to change my goals from "losing weight" to "getting strong" and being able to "run 10km every other day".

Thanks for the inspiration. Oh by the way, I recommend you post your blogs in communities so that you will have a wider range of readers. Subscribe and post your blogs in communities like Bee a Better You or Hive Fitness and OCD

Thank you for sharing your story in the comment and for even commenting. I hope you've started with your 10K journey. 10km is a very bold move towards healthy living, but I feel it in my gut that you can and will be able to do it!

Also thanks for the suggestions. I will join the communities. But what do I do with this post once I'm in? Do I copy paste, share, repost? how does it work? lol
