Hey there @fitnessnerd! I'll need to go have a look at your other posts, but just curious, do you weigh yourself daily? I used to do that and it could either be a help or hindrance depending on what the numbers were:) One day I decided to just focus on my eating, exercise and how my clothes fit, because those days when the numbers were disappointing, I would be way too hard on myself. The quote you found is a good one though...just keep going! Cheers:)
I am guilty of weighing myself everyday. It never used to bug me but just recently I have been getting slightly annoyed. But I think moving forward I will be doing like Sunday weighings and share that with everyone. I am finding my clothes are getting more loose, even though the scale is on a crawl, wich is really great! I guess in the end that is what matters!
Yep! that's exactly right...good for you!! You can gain more muscle, tone up, your clothes become loose, and the scale just doesn't reflect it. Just take in the whole picture I guess is what I'm saying. Because we can be awfully hard on ourselves otherwise :) Cheers!
