A Non-Scale Victory for me!

Before I started Keto, I can't fit in a 20 and tight on a 22. But now after barely 4 months in this WOE, I fit in a 16 coat and 18 suit dress.

And my tights? An L.

Makes me feel like I wanna dance!

I bought an 14 skirt last night, still tight but looking forward to get in there in no time!

    @plumandrain congrats to you on your NSV! I know the feeling, I am with you on this woe and I love it! I have been at it for 12 weeks and 20 pounds down and lots of inches. Keep up the good work and Keto On!
