Lose Weight Naturally
Internet is filled with information related to weight loss and most of the time when we try to search about weight loss; we end up visiting fake and unwanted information.
So today I am going to talk about how to lose weight naturally and without being starved.
Let’s admit the more we stay hungry, we end up eating much more than our normal routine.
Before I start talking about what to eat, let’s decide one thing that being starved or staying hungry is not the solution to weight loss. Human body is made in such a way that you have to fulfill needs of body in order to stay healthy and for proper functioning of vital organ.
So now that we have reached a conclusion that only way that leads to be healthy and to lose weight naturally in proper manner is to eat healthy.
Now what to eat?
Even before i talk about what to eat, I must tell you what to drink.
I have noticed people who drank more water were on their way lose weight much faster than people didn’t drink much water.
So first thing is to drink plenty of water every day. You must drink enough water that you have to visit washroom every two hours. It may be difficult in start but with time you will notice healthy change in yourself and results will be amazing.
Try drinking a glass of water early in morning on empty stomach and after that cup of green tea. It will give you morning boost to your daily activities.
Human body is made in such a way that we need certain amount of minimum energy for daily activities so being starved is not the solution.
So first of all calculate your BMI, access number of calories that you are consuming on daily basis versus number of calories that your body is burning every day.
To lose weight you need a deficit in your calories count. For that first you have to eat right and then live active lifestyle which should be filled with daily exercises.
Fiber plays an important role in fulfilling your hunger. So focus on foods that are rich in fiber. Fruits and vegetables are filled with fibers.
Let me mention a few for you -oranges, cabbages, Tomato, Green vegetables, Carrot, , strawberry, Brockley etc
Among these strawberry is classified as negative calorie food that means that number of calories that are present in it are less than number of calories that are required to burn them. So eat as much as you like.
Similarly Oranges contain lots of fiber, always try eating oranges instead of drinking their juice. It contains vitamin C which is excellent for our body.
Dry Fruits:
Eating moderate amount of dry fruits on weekly basis will not help you boost your metabolism but it ll also help you stay active and healthy. They contain lots of essential vitamins and minerals.
Drinking Coffee:
Drinking a cup of coffee on daily basis will have magical effects on your body, it will not only boost your metabolism but will also make you stay active and live a healthy lifestyle. Coffee has unique property of boosting metabolism so you will get desired results.
I must say that being healthy is a choice and you have to make that decision today and right now in order to avoid complications related to obesity.

I didn't know strawberries were considered to have negative calories. I've heard of celery being like that though. I think they take more calories to consume than are actually in them. I'm trying to eat a lot more raw foods and fruits/vegetables. Also I take fish oil and coconut oil.
Sometimes it's hard to eat healthy so I'll put fruits/vegetables/nuts/protein power in a blender to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients I need.
