RE: Occasionally people that follow me will speak of my speed or say they think I am a bot...

Funny, you don't look bottish (sp?). I'm a tragically slow typist... you'd think as much as I write I'd learn how. I look like a concert pianist at the keyboard, hands all over the place beating an undeserving keyboard (I go through one a year). In fact I started writing this just after you posted (not really). Like Sally on Third Rock says.. "Hell, I can type a hundred words a minute if you give me enough time." Good post and damned glad you're here (and not a bot!)

And I'm leaving now to go play some guitars.... may buy one there, or may use it as a scouting mission and then come home and order it online. Eitherway, I am finally buying a guitar like I've wanted for two decades today. :P

My family is anxious for me to play again. I suspect it'll be a Jackson, an ESP, or possibly a Schecter... I have never played a Schecter before and I want to try them out.

The nicest guitar I've ever played just for the ease of it was a Mosrite (good luck finding one). I got lost on my way to the doctors last week and spied a guitar store and stopped for directions... got to play a PRS (not impressed for the $$$). I want one with EMG pickups... ESP has several. My friend on FB plays one that looks like my SG.

I've always been a Gibson guy... saw one with EMG's... maybe someday...

I ended up picking up one of these. I played quite a few and this one actually ended up being the one that seemed to fit me, plus I got them to knock $100 off by showing them it was on sale online.

EMGs... :) I wanted something with EMGs and a Floyd Rose locking Tremolo.

I've had a Gibson before it was actually my first electric guitar.

Musicians Friend is very high up on my toolbar... It's where I go to dream (that and the Pantyless Experience)

Hahaha...
