I am pretty new myself (29 October was my first official post :)) and still got tons to learn!
I feel lucky to have come across @sndbox, I wish I had steem-met them before!
If I may give you some advise based on my experience and looking at your profile ...
- Make sure you update your profile, with a cover image and a few words describing who you are. This will help people to have a first idea of who you are, trust you and follow you..
- It is not too late to make your introduce yourself post, it will bring you closer to the community and there are many users who are very helpful to the newbies!
- Feel free to ask, every time I have posted questions, I have received plenty of help from steemians!
