Hi @reggaemuffin, thanks for your work on this bot. Unfortunately, I think it is being taken advantage of and users are tagging with "introduceyourself" to a wide variety of posts to get the automatic upvotes.
Also, the bot seems to be voting for me eventhough my voting power is <70%. Can I increase my threshold to 95% or withdrawal from the bot for the time being? Sorry to be a pain, but I'd rather have a little more autonomy over my votes. I'll probably come back once some kinks are worked out. Thanks.
Hi @reggaemuffin, thanks for your work on this bot. Unfortunately, I think it is being taken advantage of and users are tagging with "introduceyourself" to a wide variety of posts to get the automatic upvotes.
Here is one example:

You can also see more just by scanning that tag:

Is it possible to maybe make the bot only work when it is also the user's first (or second) post?
Can I stop participating for the time being? Or have my voting power turned way down so I'm not wasting it on posts that don't deserve it?
I really want to participate if it's truly going to the newbies who need some instructive posts. Thanks for understanding.
A feature that checks for that is in the works.
I also suggest telling people that they abuse the tag and if they do not stop tell Steemcleaners.
OK, thanks.
