My Personal Experience With Warm Water Therapy
I am 69 years old and enjoy very sound physical and mental health. I had a stint of 28 years in the military which ended in 1996, a period within which apart from annual medical examinations, I reported sick only ten times. Six out of the ten visits were due to sexual misadventures. My only other ailment was bouts of malaria fevers about twice every year. On the advise of the regimental doctors, I resorted to over the counter drugs which was ok.
Since disengagement in 1996, I have been a pastor and get spiritual warnings as to any pending attack of malaria fever. I decided to opt for warm water therapy by about the middle of 2014. Since then I have not had any attack of malaria fever. I also enjoy pain free joints, good sleep and other wellness attributes. In fact have survived without popping any pill or piercing my skin with anything to pump in any injectable since 1995.

My Prescription
DRINK 2 LITERS OF WARM WATER (SAME TEMPERATURE AS YOUR HOT BEVERAGES) ON EMPTY STOMACH FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND EAT NOTHING UNTIL AN HOUR LATER
You may not be able to make 2 liters to start with, you may begin with one and a half.
Though I am not aware of any adverse opinion on warm water therapy at such intake level, I strongly advise that you get the opinion your doctor before you adopt the warm water therapy.
HOW TO USE WARM WATER ?
From all indications warm water therapy can handle many ailments, and some have even suggested that time frames may be possible for certain ailments such as:
