Sulphur Creek is near the geysers
in northern California.
It is a nice little creek to swim and
play in during the summer months.
Some chalk rocks and other pretty
stones can be found here.
This creek feeds into the Russian river.
In years past this creek had a summer
bridge that would wash out when the
winter floods came, along with the little
gravel dams up stream that were made
for swimming holes. Now there is a
more modern year round bridge
across the creek and no dams.
Many more years prior there was a year
round bridge, great floods of the past
washed it down to the Russian river.
Winters Coming.
