a follower is a person who supports and admires a particular person or set of ideas....for the sake of steemit platform a follower is a person who reads somebody post/content and decide to be a fan of the person by clicking the follow button in the site.....its also
a person who follows or subscribes to another's posts on a social media website..eg steemit
a person who follows another in regard to his or her ideas or belief;disciple or adherent...

There will be days when I’m not respectable, but I do hold the responsibility to lead, so encourage me when you can. Chances are I’ll continue to improve if I am led to believe I am doing good work. In public settings, even when you don’t necessarily agree with my decisions, honor me until you have a chance to challenge me privately. ..
let us all as a steemit learn to respect our fellow steemit ,,,#SAYNOTOINSULT in steemit........i believe that even steemit chat it was stated that respect your fellow steemit member...
- FEED WHO FEED YOU
yes this is extremely simple the feed who feed you policy of a follower leader style....
creating relationship with the people you are following is extremely paramount by constantly commenting in their post ,,,upvoting them,resteeming their post if necessary,,,they will notice you and sometime do the same to you,,,so you feed them always and they will do same to you too......engaging with others is important ,one thing steemit is differs from WordPress is that it also works like a social media platform....therefore if you want to be noticed in the platform you have to socialize with other in the platform......even though some people tend to only engage with whales,,minnow,booster a.k.a the rich and powerful on steemit dont just do that...make friends with everyone regardless of how much money they have(STEEM POWER)...
- WRITE QUALITY CONTENT
if you desire to be followed, you as a follower you need to write quality content,,,,become its a chain..
people love reading content that are of good quality ,,things that will capture their conscious and sub-conscious mind ,,create those things to the extend that even who you are following will see you and follow you.....not many people are lucky enough to be followed by a whale and get upvoted for mediocre posts.....work hard to create quality content..........put your post into writing in paper,,,edit them first before creating post here.....use of images draw more attentions.....thats what i have started to develop starting from this post.......some have the gift of writing people like my good friend @lorilikes ,,but for me i crack my head....
there are many qualities of a good follower but i will purse here....one love
