I could not agree more with the sentiments of your post. I am a relative newbie on Steemit who is still firmly in plankton territory, I have been learning so much from the more experienced dolphins, orcas and whales on the platform. I have had direct chats via discord, I have had community board discussions and even learnt valuable advice from comments made on my various posts.
The recurring themes of advice are the same.
- Focus on quality.
- Focus on embedding yourself in like minded communities.
- Be real, be authentic, be genuine and be helpful.
- Have a long term focus on the success of the overall platform, then your success will follow.
- Enjoy the ride as it is an epic adventure where you will meet amazing people, read quality content and learn how to become an influential person.
- Most importantly.... HAVE FUN!!! Life is too short to keep refreshing your wallet balance. Get out there and explore things on the platform that you enjoy.
I told you before, I personally know you.
Lives in the valley that what your name mean....
Haha, you have me intrigued. Would you like to provide a clue as to how we know each other. I am guessing it is through the stacker community. Are part of a discord group for us to have a chat?
