Not sure if the old method of transferring WLS from WhaleShares to Rudex still works or not, but yesterday I tried to transfer ALL my liquid WLS from my WhaleShares account to Rudex and 15+hr after, it's still not there. T_T
The transaction is recorded on the block explorer though as seen above so I'm not really sure what happened. This by the way is not my first time transferring WLS to Rudex as I have already done it like 4 times.
'jlord-c' is also not a typo as seen on the memo above since it's my btsid. Again, I have done this transfers for like 4 times now and this is the first time I had a problem with it.
According to the current market exchange rate, 2169 WLS is around 24.65 STEEM, not that much I know but I was hoping to buy at least some SM cards today out of that. T_T
Min transfer on rudex is 5000 WLS anything less than that will be considered a donation (They stated this on site. not something i made up) Contact support and they may do a 1 time return.

Haven't seen that. They should have put that important info on the wallet page tab or the @rudex account should have made a blog post about this important changes.
Anyways, thanks for clearing things up! I probably won't be able to get it back but at least I now know what happened. :)
Should have, could have, but didnt. We(The whaleshares core team) were not even aware of changes they never contacted us or anyone, they didnt make a blog post or anything..
their service is pretty RUDE-x
