Thank you for this information, now we have the what need to assist you. The reason for the confusion is that this was not a withdrawal issue from your account but a deposit issue to a different account. As I understand it:
The withdrawal from [email protected] succeeded, The deposit to [email protected] failed to credit.
I will ask an engineer take a look at why the deposit to [email protected] did not credit.

Jun 21 (1 day ago)to Poloniex Why am I not getting service still after you have all info to correct Poloniex mistake on wallets and blockchain ~ I sent from correct wallet to correct wallet ~ re looked at support ticket and it was filled out correctly from the start even though you were confused and got it backwards it is actually both though categories in sense , This is a withdrawal and deposit issue ~ Withdrawal said complete but never went through which is shown in email that never showed up in deposit history and you asked for the wallet Id's even though my emails are linked to my accounts and you never verified from that info which would of taken seconds ~ Mods use to check it in trollbox if asked ~ so I emailed the wallet Id's and you replied ty, and you have all info now to correct the issue (which is way beyond in a timely manner , which is costing me money and I am not being properly serviced and Poloniex's negligence is making me suffer financially created stress and high states of anxiety from Poloniex lack of running a service / company/platform is now holding my money / FCT / Currency which is my money being held which Poloniex clearly states that they never hold ones money is costing me money while they poloniex is even more crippling me by trading fees which I got charged for my missing money / currency that Poloniex is now making money on through there programs ~ I need to know why my currency is not released and since there is a breach in poloniex's own terms and condition / there own rules ~ which has and his hurting me literally and fees taken from me with the service the fees are taken for are not provided ~ I am now requesting that every day Poloniex is holding my money making money and crippling me and hurting me that every fee in that time frame is reversed and credited to they propper wallets and email me a print out inventory list so I can verify with my Lawyer that Poloniex actually sent my currency and is not holding/stealing or borrowing which is called lending which also makes 25% or less and even more per day that is lent. I also would like email address to the main person in charge of Poloniex ~ 23 days now and you have all info and documentations and acknowledged that is all info needed showing that my money never made it and easily fixed ~ I am lost for words , I need my Fct and fees for last 23 days credited back to me.

Why am I not getting service still after you have all info to correct Poloniex mistake on wallets and blockchain ~ I sent from correct wallet to correct wallet ~ re looked at support ticket and it was filled out correctly from the start even though you were confused and got it backwards it is actually both though categories in sense , This is a withdrawal and deposit issue ~ Withdrawal said complete but never went through which is shown in email that never showed up in deposit history and you asked for the wallet Id's even though my emails are linked to my accounts and you never verified from that info which would of taken seconds ~ Mods use to check it in trollbox if asked ~ so I emailed the wallet Id's and you replied ty, and you have all info now to correct the issue (which is way beyond in a timely manner , which is costing me money and I am not being properly serviced and Poloniex's negligence is making me suffer financially created stress and high states of anxiety from Poloniex lack of running a service / company/platform is now holding my money / FCT / Currency which is my money being held which Poloniex clearly states that they never hold ones money is costing me money while they poloniex is even more crippling me by trading fees which I got charged for my missing money / currency that Poloniex is now making money on through there programs ~ I need to know why my currency is not released and since there is a breach in poloniex's own terms and condition / there own rules ~ which has and his hurting me literally and fees taken from me with the service the fees are taken for are not provided ~ I am now requesting that every day Poloniex is holding my money making money and crippling me and hurting me that every fee in that time frame is reversed and credited to they propper wallets and email me a print out inventory list so I can verify with my Lawyer that Poloniex actually sent my currency and is not holding/stealing or borrowing which is called lending which also makes 25% or less and even more per day that is lent. I also would like email address to the main person in charge of Poloniex ~ 23 days now and you have all info and documentations and acknowledged that is all info needed showing that my money never made it and easily fixed ~ I am lost for words , I need my Fct and fees for last 23 days credited back to me.
