炒米粉
食材,一,米粉放入温热水中浸泡3一4小时,泡好后换成冷水浸泡待用。
二,鸡蛋一个(也可换成),生菜一百克(生菜,油白菜都可),待用。
三,火腿肠一根,酱油, 醋生抽待用。
四,胡椒粉,火腿肠,葱蒜切沬待用。
五,将鸡蛋打入碗中,搅拌均匀,油白菜洗净,一分为三,胡萝卜切成细丝,火腿肠切成片。
六,铁锅中加一勺油烧热,将鸡蛋倒入,煎炸成金黄倒出,装入盘中待用。
七,锅中倒入少许油,放入葱花蒜沬炒先,倒入米粉大火翻炒(大火炒粉香),把煎享的鸡蛋倒入锅内,加酱油,胡椒粉,生抽,十三粉,生菜,米粉炒软,爆香即可出锅。
八,炒米粉喜欢吃辣的,可以制作些辣椒油方入。
九,辣椒油的制作方法,粗辣椒面加入半袋十三香,加些盐拌匀,烧些热油铺入,不停搅拌,不要将辣椒面炸糊了,冷凉辣椒油便做好了。
