放下防备后的这些那些

才是考验。一个人面对抉择的时候，爱就没有了定位。因为爱有很多种。对食物的偏爱就是其中一项。为什么亚洲人就是不能离开淀粉质的食品呢？最近减肥真是减到没有日夜，做梦都想到吃“饭”。结果这个周末，一次过释放。全部计划泡汤了。人就是这样，再怎么有原则，只要开了一个漏洞就会洪水泛滥。都吃了个面，索性今天放假，继续吃饭。然后点了烤鸡，反正都吃饭了，价格薯条吧。一而再，再而三陆续不断的为自己找藉口。用了三个星期减6近，一个周末就加了3斤。

这些，那些，不管哪一些，少了饭就是不行。天哪😥
