办理个离职手续就这么困难！
书面提出已经一个月了，还不想放我走。
自己公司薪资福利晋升制度留不住人，又不想骨干离职率过高被甲方扣钱，不可能这个锅让普通员工来背噻！

但这已经属于违法操作了，劳动法有规定，书面提出离职申请一个月内，公司人事必须办理完离职手续。
