蒜蓉粉丝虾
主材:厄瓜多尔白虾6~8两,粉丝一把。
辅材:蒜子,姜,小葱,红椒,青椒各一个,小米辣一个(爱吃辣的可以多放几个),食用油,生抽,盐。
制作方法:粉丝用温水泡软(大约30分钟)冷水的话时间需要更长。虾剪虾线,去虾身上的壳,后背直开一刀,除去虾筋(好摆型)。蒜子,姜打成蓉,所有辣椒切碎备用。
粉丝捞出来铺在盘子里,白虾头朝外摆在粉丝上。锅里倒入油加热,温度不要高了,倒入蒜蓉姜炒香,倒入少量生抽,盐等调味品,再加少许水烧开成糊,均匀的倒在盘中虾的身上,再将碎辣椒撒在上面。入蒸锅蒸熟(5分钟左右)出锅,撒上葱花,再浇上热油即可上桌😑。后面这个容器是搅碎碗,简单实用,可绞肉等各种需要搅碎的食材。
