I hate when stuff like this happens to me
I for exemple had to wait 1 month to receive a transfer of a few thousands Sc coins.
And for some bitcoin I had to wait 3 months
None were made from changelly but anyway its rubbish
I hope you don't have to wait much longer
I would suggest you making the pdf/jpg shit they ask so you can be sure they can't play with you anymore

Dang that sucks. Yea I had to wait a couple months to get my SBD deposit on Poloniex a couple months ago.
I already did send Payza the jpg images when they asked but I'm just doing the waiting game.
