THANK YOU again, @papapepper. I write satire songs, have done it my entire life. I do some "Al Yankovich" style stuff, using popular songs, but I usually just write my silly song myself. @longsilver and I are amused, and then it goes into obscurity. This is like my 15 minutes of songwriter fame, and I am DEEPLY amused!

That's the STEEM (cryptocurrency) logo. The new one is specific to STEEMIT (the platform). So, technically, though confusing, they are both still good. 😀

Luckily, for whoever created the Steemit one (and won't freely share), most like the STEEM logo anyway. 😏
When the logo went live steemitblog made an announcement about it. I was a little bummed but then I realized that I just have to change a little how I use my promotional stuff I have had made. Just changing of a few words and it is golden, though I am bummed we can't use it for site recognition.
Do you know the creator? And what their reasoning is for NOT wanting people to ... you know SEE it? Lol! Sometimes I just don't understand folks.
That little circle, if 'they' want it to be known, has to be shared... I guess they are still of the mentality that there isn't enough for everyone. #weird
