Me a few years ago at a concert. They had free monster. Drank about 10 of them and pretty sure I had a mild heart attack.

Brilliant picture - the almost animalistic expression and Monster pouring down your chest really gives the picture character. It screams gluttony to me.
That's what us Americans do best lol. I saw that a friend was about to take a photo so I did this to throw them off.
