Achievement | Rewards | More than expected

in #win7 years ago (edited)

Today, we have met a client who just signed up for our 1 on 1 coaching. What we noticed is that the client was trying to give value back when he noticed we weren't in there for the money.

We were there to improve him not to take his money

He gave us information about the market which was beneficial for our improvement.

WHY Did he gave the information?

  • Likability
  • Received value
  • Got more then he expected

Today, was our third first meeting (You got it?😃 )
In which 2/3 of the clients signed up to join our company for coaching.

Now that we think about the guy that didn't sign up, we can tell the story.

Story about Mister F

Mister F was down and we're just starting Itswetz. In the beginning, we helped people for free and he got forward and he achieved his goals. We gave him too much for free so he got used to the free coaching. When we asked him to buy a ticket for our seminar, he didn't show up.

WHY Didn't he show up?

  • Got satisfied
  • Thought it was more like a friend relationship
  • No money
  • Is a taker in general
  • Has no clue about relationships

We believe in second chance but, only when the person admits that he made a mistake

We learn every day even from bad experiences
