I live in Romania, I have an uncle who works at one of the most renowned wineries in the country and he told us how the wine that ends up bottled is made. All I have to say is it involves a bit of "real wine", some water, and a pill giving the aroma. It's tough to find "pure wine" these days unless you buy it from some old farmers who are still playing by the book.
