Hello good day @altportal how are you ?. Today we show another wonderful wine of your taste, I like it a lot because as I do not have much experience in terms of wines, with your post I learn more about them, I see varieties of colors, flavors and brands. The one of today has a very beautiful bright red color as well as you comment and it calls the attention to me that you say that its fragrance is to fruit, then it is exquisite, but it is made of grape and I imagine giving a sorvo of this wonderful wine accompanied by a good food. Well with regard to taking the cork out of the bottle I do not have much experience, but I have heard that many people take them out with knives and pliers as you did, but also some do it with a hammer and a screw, others with only one rag covering the cork and even some with a shoe. Finally there are many ways to get these corks out of the wine bottles, in your case it costs you work because I see that the cork is great, but luckily you could take out the cork and enjoy this majestic wine. With respect to favorite Italian wines I do not have because I have not tried any, but I have heard and seen on the internet that wine (Barbaresco, vintage 2007 - Punset) is very good, but if Italy is one of the main wine producing countries, I think that everyone must be good. Happy Sunday, may you be well.
