Today is the day when we make new Wine from the year long hard work in the Vineyard. It is a hard work but the end product is well worth it.
Today my folks and me went to harvest the grapes and grind them to make wine, we harvested something around 500kg of grapes, that will make something around 350L of Wine. That is a whole year's worth of wine if we drink 1L each day.
There is nothing better after good meal than to drink one or two glasses of homemade wine. You know it is yours, you know you didn't put any chemistry in against weeds. The whole wineyard is Eco based and there nothing beter than that, it is healthy to drink wine every day.
Once we harvested all the grapes and transported them home it is time to grind them and leave them to ferment for 1-2 weeks until wine is at 13-14% of alcohol.
Final product is very tasty Black Wine Babić. Salute.
