Great thinking Kevin. I think that pooling these micro-seed-investments under an umbrella of delegated community members could have a huge impact. The zero transaction fee and 3 second block time should be reason enough to implement something like this...
You added more sense in that short sentence.. I think we could play around with this idea and come up with some service/product that seems natural to steem itself (check out zurvanic's response and mine in top comment).
