@Netuoso is a software developer and witness at the Minnow Support project, where he works regularly on developing many of the tools that help to keep the community running.
A regular poster who joined right around the time of yours truly 5 months ago, Netuoso is also one of the earliest members and delegators of the Minnow Support Project, where he can frequently be found in chat. An MSP Medal of Honor winner for contributing (free) software to the community, his projects have benefitted a great many minnows in the community.
Netuoso created a curation tool that allows a wide variety of community curators to vote, resteem, and comment across multiple accounts without needing the account keys. This greatly reduces risk of abuse or key-loss when sharing community curation accounts across numerous curators, and allows for several curation projects in MSP to run more smoothly.
Perusal of Netuoso’s Github will show several useful tools freely available, most notably, the full bot script (mentioned above) composed in Ruby with an easily configurable graphical user interface.
Netuoso is also a prolific poster, and frequently posts many different aspects of the cryptocurrency market, as well as on witness related topics and Minnow Support projects. He also delegates to the spaminator anti-spam project.
Netuoso has also authored a suite of Steemit related tools at: http://www.steemliberator.com. These include a full RPC node, a block explorer, witness stats and a back-up of the Condenser front-end.

It is really awesome to see the work I have been putting into this community getting attention and recognition. The main thing open source developers want is for someone to see their code, read it, HOPEFULLY try to run it, and definitely to learn from it.

@netuoso definitely has some awesome skills that he brings to steemit/MSP, which deserve to be showcased (as you are doing here). He's had my witness vote for a long time now.
