Simple reward pool abuse, they occupy the first 10-20-30 votes in the first 10-20-30 minutes, based on previous high net worth authors. As long as the system allows it, i cannot blame them. They play according the consensus rules. The rules should be changed, not to allow creation of hundread/thousand strong bot nets.
