Are you playing on steemdice.net?
This is virtually impossible to happen there.
See https://github.com/pharesim/steemdice/blob/gh-pages/js/app.js#L201 and L2 for reference.
It is of course possible to send to the other account using another wallet, or you were on a phishing site. I have no idea who the steemdice account belongs to, but as it was created long before steemdice1 I would expect it to be a name grapper, not a phisher...
If you can rule out the possibility of a typo on your end I highly recommend changing your active key/password and make sure you're on the github pages version which steemdice.net redirects to in the future.
I always have played on " https://pharesim.github.io/steemdice/ "
Which you have created, its not supposed to be a phishing site. Also for your kind information I already have gone through the code of steemdice. I have no doubt on its functions. The thing is "there" is an issue I don't know the reason behind it, before raising it an issue on your post as a comment I checked all the possible sources of this problem but could not find one. And you need to go through this post which have some screenshots of @steemdice1 wallet transfer and @"player" wallet transfer, which clearly says the player was playing on the steemdice web version which you created not some other & the screenshots shows that there is issue which I raised in the last comment of mine. I am not here to criticize, even I am the part of this community. As you created this game for steem/sbd, it can happen that you may find the issue so I tried to contact you.
Thanks @pharesim for your response and expecting that you try to understand the issue here.

Your bet was clearly sent manually, not on steemdice.net, as it lacks the UI string. It's not a proof that the site was used to play when it's there, but if it's not you clearly played in another way. And you even said it was a typo in your messages to the account!
is obviously a lie!
If you don't stop blaming the service for your own mistake I will start flagging your posts and comments about it.
And here's the proof that another account you call 'victim' plays manually - a "longer" type bet does not exist
How did raising a issue/doubt about the service you created, to have a sense of satisfaction can be called as a "blaming" & if a doubt about it can make you trigger flagging posts & comments then I think you have a serious problem and you should stop being a service creator if you cant handle the users for their user experience of your services. JUST STOP BEGGING FOR WITNESS ok!
Witness should also behave like a human not just a machine learning coder with all other technical requirements that are satisfied.
Enough! I thought you were the right person to have the talk about it. But you made me realized that rather solving the problem or clarifying the doubt, you could also start "flagging" so there is no sense in posting any comment or discussion with you.
You said you were a victim of the service, but in the end it showed you just made a typo.
You also tried to drag my name down with this
It's your fault that your money is gone, and by saying you only played on the official site (which was a LIE!) you made it look like it wasn't. What's there to discuss? What was your goal? Getting back the money you sent to someone else from me? Make it look like I'd need to go after your few meager SBDs?
I've seen the screenshots, but they don't prove anything. The ui string in the memo can be set like that by anyone, it doesn't necessarily mean the site was used to play.
It's good that you're sure you haven't been on a phishing site, but it's still impossible for that to happen on the real site. The bank account is hardcoded and won't change by itself.
@pharesim
Please recheck the screenshots because it proves the victims were playing on your website : Because the amount was transferred to @steemdice1(the account used as bank on steemdice.net) just before and just after when it was transferred to @steemdice (which is not the account it is supposed to go) meaning that something went wrong in that particular bet.
For your ready reference please check this screenshot. A new victim maybe!
