I know you can be trusted @sircork (I'm voting for you as witness for a reason), but nevertheless, I have a habit of clicking on as few links as possible. Because whenever I do, I've made it common practice to verify whether I'm being taken to a legitimate place and not some scammy site with only one character modified to trick me into spilling private keys.
People need to learn to trust steemconnect, because its how you use basically everything that isn't steemit.com and frankly, we should all be using everything except steemit.com till they learn how to properly represent the chain.
