How long or how many days or work it need to setup a witness server? I think, witnesses who run that, they allways in pressure, if anything going wrong.... Was there any attack til now happened ? someone who try to attacked one of the witness server ?

No. My server wasn't under any attack or at any immediate risk.
Workwise, it really depends - Like I said above: If everything works fine, it's not much work.
You just have to be on constant alert and be ready to react.
Furthermore, if you really want to climb the ranks as a witness, you need to do more than simply operate a witness node.
