Congrats! I am happy to hear that a new organizational strategy is being implemented for translations. Which tool will you be using? Will you continue with Crowdin (as stated in utopian's website)? From my perspective as translator and localization specialist, using a translation management system is a must for the efficiency of the workflow. We call "(Translation) Project Managers" the people who select translators and assign translations while the person who oversees these PMs is called coordinator. But of course, naming is trivial, the real work and efficiency is important :)
