This is the second sensible proposal that I observe in the current fight for Steem Blockchain governance. Between comments for or against the conflicting sides in the Manichaean style, a creator of content like me, is in total uncertainty, obviously this is bad for any system.
However, based on the logic and literature of corporate mergers, the big fish does not always eat the small fish. For this reason I answered the call to reinstate by voting the witnesses displaced by the maneuver of the CEO of Steemit Inc, regardless of who was right, I observed on both sides some reason, but I do not approve how things have been done so far .
In the review of my votes by the witnesses, I saw that Steemhunt's witness is crossed out, so I removed my vote and assigned it to another, but not before reading his proposals. Now, I understand why he retired and it seems respectable and appropriate.
I think your proposal is a good start to amend the misunderstandings and I hope it will be taken into account at the discussion table.
