I am a very picky voter so there is only the vague requirement that I need to really have to like your content, that it is worth consistently my vote and that I trust you to not abuse that spot.
I totally understand that, you as a high-SP user / witness has a huge responsibility to carry for your stake & Steemit platform.
Well, my goal is to grow my influence to be able to support good content creators through my curation program, which uses the same ideology as yours. I myself have to be picky also, to make sure that I'm rewarding the good stuff. Thanks for your feedback :)
On the other hand, I like the idea of a "guild" instead of just a trail. It sounds / feels like there is a camaraderie among curators & followers as well. I will be using this concept and the steemvoter service as well.
