Even during the coldest and darkest days of your life, there is still beauty and design to enjoy if you’re willing to see it. No matter how cold and callous your winter season is, remember that all seasons come to an end eventually.

So enjoy it while it lasts, and make sure your season doesn't turn into a lifestyle. Even nature understands that you can only live life full throttle and wide open for so long. At some point, you need an extended time of solitude.

Everything needs to take a break from movement every once in a while. If you never relax, slow down, and recharge, you’ll always be running on empty. Solitude empowers ability and strength.

Without winter there is no spring. Withdrawing and having time alone isn’t selfish. Being selfless requires having something to give away. The biggest givers are those who understand rest and embrace times of solitude.

Dark days are bright nights in training. There is a beauty to be found in every season for those that are looking.
